1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Yohann Taieb (“we,” “us”) handles information for the iOS app Word Guess Daily Brain Trainer (the “App”).
2. Information we collect
None. The App has no backend server, no user accounts, and no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not receive your name, email, location, contacts, device identifiers, or usage data.
3. Data stored on your device
The App saves your game progress locally on your device: chosen word language, streaks, solved words, badges, Joker balance, settings, and the identifiers of App Store transactions already credited (so a purchase is never counted twice). This data never leaves your device through us. Deleting the App deletes it. You can also erase progress in Settings → Reset progress.
4. In-app purchases
Joker packs and the optional Brain Trainer Plus subscription or lifetime unlock are sold through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes payment and manages subscriptions under Apple’s Privacy Policy. The App only receives a signed confirmation of what you are entitled to; we do not receive your payment information.
5. Game Center
If you are signed in to Game Center, the App may submit your best streak, words solved, and achievement progress to Apple Game Center leaderboards and achievements. Game Center is operated by Apple under its own privacy terms, and you can turn it off in iOS Settings.
6. Sharing results
When you tap Share, the App prepares a spoiler-free text or image (for example, a grid of colored squares and your streak) and hands it to the iOS share sheet. Nothing is sent unless you choose a destination.
7. Children
The App is a family-friendly word game with curated, kid-safe word lists. Because we collect no personal information, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Purchases are subject to Apple’s parental controls (Ask to Buy, Screen Time).
8. Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on a server. Local data is fully under your control on your device. We do not sell personal information.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
