1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of Colorblind Test (the “App”), operated by Yohann Taieb. By using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. The Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where Apple’s required terms conflict with these Terms, Apple’s terms control.
2. Screening only, not a diagnosis
The App is a color vision screening and education tool. It is not a medical device, is not certified or cleared by any health authority, and does not provide a medical diagnosis. Results depend on your screen, its brightness and color settings (Night Shift, True Tone, color filters), ambient light, and viewing distance. Plates are generated by the App and are not the Ishihara or any other clinical plate set. Only a qualified eye-care professional can diagnose a color vision deficiency. Do not use the App’s results for occupational, licensing, legal, or medical decisions.
3. The App
The App offers a free Quick Screen with your score and missed plates, and optional paid features. It has no ads and no accounts.
4. Pro and Professional
- Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly are auto-renewing subscriptions. Pro Yearly may include a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
- Professional Yearly is an auto-renewing subscription for clinics, schools and employers. It includes everything in Pro plus unlimited profiles, a custom name on reports, CSV export and kiosk mode.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial if you started one.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or from the App’s Settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro with no renewal.
- Use Restore Purchases to re-activate Pro on a new device with the same Apple Account.
5. Single PDF reports
A single PDF report is a consumable purchase that unlocks a shareable report for one test result. It has no cash value, is stored on your device, and cannot be restored after it is used.
6. Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
7. Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer, tamper with purchases or Game Center scores, or use the App unlawfully. We may update tests, content, and features at any time.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law, including any warranty that results are accurate for your device or situation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App or purchases in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
